  • Yes, I accept both private pay and insurance. I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

    • Cigna

    • Aetna

    • Kaiser Permanente (Out-of-Network)

    • Pacific Source Health Plans

    Please check with your insurance provider to verify your benefits and coverage before our first session.

  • During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals for therapy, and creating a plan of action. I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and safe to begin your healing journey.

  • You can start by booking a free consultation with me by using the contact form above. If we’re a good fit I’ll assist you with booking your first appointment.

  • Each session is 50 minutes.

  • Yes, I offer virtual therapy for clients in Washington State. This allows for flexibility and convenience, ensuring that you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

  • I do not offer in-person therapy at this time.

  • For individual therapy, weekly sessions are ideal, though bi-weekly sessions are also available if needed. For couples therapy, I generally recommend weekly sessions to start, but we can adjust the frequency based on your needs.

  • I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Yes, confidentiality is of the utmost importance in my practice. Your privacy is protected by law, and I will not share anything you discuss in therapy without your consent, except in certain situations where required by law:

    • Child abuse

    • Elder abuse or abuse of a disabled person

    • You are a danger to yourself and/or another person

    • If you are subpoenaed by a court of law

    In all cases the client would be notified if confidentiality had to be breached.
