Who I Am & Who I Serve

I’m Anjoli Aisenbrey, BSPN, MSSW, LSWAIC—a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate with over seven years of experience working with young to older adults. My work is centered on helping individuals who struggle with self-esteem, emotional regulation, boundaries, and finding purpose in their lives. I also specialize in couples therapy, helping partners navigate communication challenges, rebuild trust, and create a deeper emotional connection.

For as long as I can remember, I have been profoundly curious about human behavior and relationships. When my friends were reading fiction novels, I was diving into self-help books, trying to understand what motivates or demotivates human behavior. I’ve always asked questions like:

  • Why do we do what we do?

  • What makes change so hard?

  • Why do we hurt the people we love?

  • Why are some people more anxious than others?

These questions fuel my passion for therapy. While I deeply value evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT, I believe that true healing happens when we combine these practical tools with an understanding of the unconscious patterns driving behavior. The therapy I offer is rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic theories, helping you explore your inner world while developing tangible skills for real-life change.

I approach healing holistically, integrating the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being. I believe that when we have knowledge, support, and a safe environment, transformation is possible.

I am available to meet you virtually across Washington state.
